Ginger drink Recipe:

Preparation
1. Wash and Cut 12-16oz of organic ginger root
2. Blend Ginger root with water (paste)
3. Add 1 gallon of water to large pot and boil
4. Turn off stove and remove from heat
5. Add Ginger paste and stir
6. Add 1 teaspoon of Cayenne Pepper and stir
7. Cover pot
8. Let it sit for 2+ hours
9. Strain (you should have approx. a gallon)

Serving
10. Serve 8oz of Ginger drink in a glass
11. Add 1/2 squeezed lemon
12. Add a teaspoon of Apple Cider Vinegar unfiltered, Unpasteurized

Note: Keep it refrigerated 4-5 days max, serve hot or cold, once or twice a day. Enjoy!
