Where do you fall on the Courage versus Humanness scale? ⚖️ Let me break it down for you… Humanness is about the ‘human’ factor: empathy, kindness, consideration, aka ‘compassionateness’ or the ‘humane orientation’ in research (House et al., 2002; Seco & Lopez, 2014). The Courage-factor is about being assertive and standing up for yourself and for what’s right.
