Can’t get to a chiropractor? Try this ‼️ • • 👉🏻 Needing an adjustment? Sometimes a foam roller is all you need to relieve that stiff and sore back. Place a foam roller between your shoulder blades and lean backward into extension. Keep your butt on the ground and move the roller up and down your back until you find the tightest spots. Hang out at each tight spot until it releases then move up and down to find the other tight spots.
