👉🏻 Needing an adjustment? Sometimes a foam roller is all you need to relieve that stiff and sore back. Place a foam roller between your shoulder blades and lean backward into extension. Keep your butt on the ground and move the roller up and down your back until you find the tightest spots. Hang out at each tight spot until it releases then move up and down to find the other tight spots. Avoid the lower back though!

let me show you an awesome trick you can do at home so the vast majority of back pain comes from stiffness ruth ras explained let's take a foam roller if you don't have one like this take a conventional foam roller cut it down sink it in right between the shoulder blades now we're gonna lay back now to get the shoulder blades out of the way we're gonna go hands behind the head elbows together that's going to pull the shoulder blades apart access that part of the spine we're gonna extend back sometimes you get releases out of it we're gonna move the body up a little bit to get the lower parts of the thoracic spine do that at several segments up and down the spine avoiding the lower back that's going to help that stiffness maybe prevent you from having to go to the cairo and most importantly get better not older
