Just food for thought! ❤️ This is not to say that everyone needs to eat 1-2lbs of red meat a day, but just to point out that red meat is a healing, nutrient dense food that should not be feared. 🫶🏻 My body has gotten SO much stronger and healthier and much of that is due to eating nourishing foods like red meat. Of course there are many other important things I’ve been doing to recover. But changing the way I eat has without a doubt changed my life! #healingispossible P.S.
