In 2024, if you want to move forward professionally (in whatever you do) it’s necessary to have SOME sort of online presence. 💯 You don’t need to be a professional Instagram influencer, TikToker or YouTuber if you don’t want to, but in my experience with working with thousands of business owners, I’ve learned that you will move farther faster and with more aligned opportunities if you give people a snapshot of what to expect when they do business with you! If you want to be a speaker, pay close attention to this one! When you first start your speaking career, you will probably be taking a lot opportunities that aren’t paid. And that’s a great thing when you are first starting! Just because you aren’t directly making money from that gig doesn’t mean that you wont indirectly generate revenue from it in the future. In fact, I’ve found that some of the “free” stages I’ve done have resulted in the most “ROI” (return on investment) in the long run!
