Have a goal for 2024 and really want to stick with the behaviors needed to reach it? Reward the behavior you want to become a habit. Whether it’s eating healthy, showing up on social media, making offers about your new business product or service or going to the gym….you can make this behavior easier and automatic by rewarding yourself after you do it. What’s the best reward? What’s your love language? Is it words or affirmation? If so, rant and rave to yourself for completing the tough gym workout! Tell your BFF how proud you are of yourself. Share a pic of it on social. Is your love language gifts? Treat yourself to a healthy smoothie after the gym. Is it acts of service? Give yourself a nice massage on your quads and legs with a manual massage tool or run yourself a hot epsom bath if your love language is quality time. Yes you’re spending the time with your lovely self ❤️ Whenever I have a business goal and I complete the admin tasks that felt long and arduous, I give myself a full day off a week later or I buy myself a nice steak dinner at Fleming’s. (good food always works with me!) Stop rewarding and acknowledging bad behavior and instead incentivize yourself to do the one that supports and creates your vision/goals. #Purpose #success #god #christian #feminine #feminineenergy #family #fyp #christian #believer #husband #wife #jesus #biblicalfemininity #biblicalmasculinity #feminineleadership #femininefreedom #scaredmasculinegirl #bible #theBible #masculine #masculineenergy #christlike #getsoft #spiritual #marriage #dating

The “Scared Masculine Girl” is called a girl for a reason. (SMG)⁣ ⁣ She’s stuck in the past. She doesn’t use her wisdom, knowledge or logic that she’s learned all these years. And lastly, young kids don’t have the skill of emotional regulation. She doesn’t know how to calm herself when she’s sad, scared or mad. ⁣ ⁣ This is a skill we learn when we experience our caregivers soothe us and when we see them sooth themselves. ⁣ ⁣ So if she wasn’t attuned to when she was upset, if she was sent to her room because she was too much for her parents or if she was told “you’re ok. It’s ok” and was taught to suppress her emotions by believing that things were fine, she did not learn the most important skill of emotional regulation. ⁣ ⁣ Instead what young kids do to get their needs met is 1. ask someone else to do something for them or 2. Cry and scream until someone pays attention and she can finally be soothed. ⁣ ⁣ This is exactly what the SMG does now as an adult. ⁣ ⁣ SHE TRIES TO CONTROL PEOPLE. ⁣ ⁣ An SMG learned that action makes things happen. And of course this is true and so effective. Especially at work. ⁣ ⁣ My SMG clients are amazing at their careers. They get things done. They lead, they’re smart, they’re ambitious. ⁣ ⁣ But they try and bring those behaviors to relationships and they fail consistently. ⁣ ⁣ No one wants to be managed, yelled out, told they’re doing things wrong, fixed or changed. ⁣ ⁣ They do this with their children, friends, family and men in romantic relationships.⁣ ⁣ Control is what she uses to get people to change instead of HER recognizing that she is not choosing well. ⁣ ⁣ When you have high standards, you don’t settle for mediocrity. Therefore, you never have to change anyone. You simply enjoy the amazing people you ALLOWED to be around you. ⁣ ⁣ This is done out of love, self respect and care for herself. She knows people are unique and should be themselves always. Something I realized years back is that food does not come from the grocery store. It is normalized that we buy our food from the store, but what isn’t normalized is knowing where this food comes from. Herein lies the problem. My journey to optimal health began at the farmer’s market years ago. It was here that I began to dive deep into where my food WAS coming from and where it COULD come from. Did I want to support Big Food chains that grow my food all over the world in monoculture settings? Did I want to support meat that’s raised in CAFO environments and feD unnatural diets? Or, would I spend a little extra time researching my food source and supporting the farmers that are raising animals humanely and regeneratively, and growing fruits, vegetables, and grains without the use of toxic chemicals, herbicides and pesticides? When I say, “I’ve been on a journey”, boy have I been on a journey and Im fortunate to continue to be growing everyday! I went from being a Big Food chain shopper to a farmer’s market shopper to a farmer in my own accord. If you’re longing to get closer to your food source, to make nourishing meals for the family, and to find the time to do this, you’re at the right place! Comment “Nourishing Kitchen” and I’ll send you a link to add yourself to the waitlist for The Nourishing Kitchen Master Class. We’re launching soon! 🫶Please share this message if it resonates with you. We need more people who support regenerative farm practices and quality food. Our future generations depend on it. The words in this audio are by Dr. Vandana Shiva. #realfood #regenerativeagriculture #feminineenergy #homemaker
