it's twelve hour fast three times a week you start get benefits they don't have to be eighteen or twenty three hour fast and when i look at guys like jack dorsey
who is the founder twitter and someone who's been following my work publicly for a long time he started fasting but then he got to one meal a day which is what you were doing plus a forty eight hour fast every weekend that's over fasting i've gotten there too so the idea is doing the same thing every day whether it's exercise or fasting is probably a bad idea it's one of my goals today how do i feel today what did i do yesterday when my plans for today and then choosing the right amount of fast you shouldn't be afraid of breakfast but you should be afraid of grains for breakfast because grains are stupid
