the more muscle we have the more we exercise on muscles and the more sensitive muscles all the more sensitive they are to insulin
which means that easy it is to stay
low blood glucose so we don't have diabetes problems later but also also in this dementia
cancers cardiovascular diseases
all these things the chance of you getting it
comes down
when we start exercising moving the body the body is meant to move exercises not for fat loss because once we've developed this whole mindset of exercises for fat loss guess what suddenly i'm starting to lose fat i'm going to stop exercising because i got my goal
