listen i know you hate this fucking exercise but this is what helped me grow my glutes and it's going to help you grow your glutes if you do it properly what you don't want to do is go directly up and down because you're gonna really just start to feel it in your quads and that's what we don't want because i like to put my fingers here on the hips
and think about pushing
this hip
back
now you wanna sit here a little bit and think about coming up
diagonally i want you to think of an escalator coming down
and up instead of an elevator where you're going directly up with a dumbbell same thing right i'm gonna push this hip back to really get that stretch my glute
sit here for a little bit
