Don’t let great opportunities pass you by. Various small(and big) business owners. The more business owners you know, the easier it is for you to diversify and get help if needed. This is definitely an underrated one. Also speaking with different people broadens your understanding of the world. Accountants. Everyone wants to sell million dollar penthouses from day 1, but everything takes time. Start small, improve and then you will be selling mansions before you know it. 3. Using a script. That’s the worst thing when you try to get clients. People can feel when you are reading a generic script, and it destroys the connection which is necessary for success. 4. Not building a connection with clients. This is the main focus. You have to care about people, and you have create a connection. When people start to trust you, that’s when you start getting clients. 5. Talking to everyone the same way. You can’t do that, real estate agent has to be like a chameleon. If someone is slow, you have to be slow, if someone like to talk a lot, you have to listen and bring the same energy. Adapting is the key. 6. Thinking that someone will do things for you. It will not happen, other agents might give you tips, but no one will bring you success. That depends entirely on your input. 7. Lacking money management skills.
