I started getting more productive by Breaking things down into doable steps, If the steps are smaller, You're more likely to do them. Plan out for 30 mins every night for the next day. Write a list of what is on the following days agenda: Work, Gym, Birthday, Post office etc etc. Split your day up into; Morning 6am-12pm; Afternoon 12pm-6pm; Evening 6pm-12am. Then on this day highlight the non negotiables, e.g. work is 9-5. Then highlight your priorities, things you need to do. e.g. taxes. Then highlight the things you don't need to do but will progress you. e.g. gym Then highlight the things you want to do but don't need to do. e.g. read. Make this into a checklist, some in the morning, afternoon and evening. Then as you complete them, you stack wins. Psychologically, your building momentum to make you more productive. You can then also do what you didn't do the previous day the next day and it keeps it fresh. I like to plan my week roughly on Sunday evening, listing 3 things I'd like to do day by day, individually. In the weekday evenings, schedule everything. You'll have some recurring tasks as well, for me it's duolingo and gym. This setup also makes weekends more productive, allowing you to do anything you want instead of scrolling on TikTok. Hope this helps Message me if you need anything #drphil #joerogan #productivity #motivation #mindset #success
