👇 Explained below! #8 was definitely my biggest mistake… ⤵️ ✨ Caption from @highperformancedan ✅ Follow @archer.med to master a high-performance lifestyle 1️⃣ Telling everyone your plans This can be a form of procrastination. All talk, no action. It robs you of success by releasing dopamine from telling people, rather than achieving your goals. 2️⃣ Not having a routine Those without routine are the least free. They’re struggling the most with ”having enough time” and getting results. Routines create freedom and mental clarity. 3️⃣ Choosing comfort Put yourself in discomfort. The more you think about it, the harder it will be. The more you do it, the easier it becomes. 4️⃣ Ignoring your health High Performance > Peak Performance. Long-term success > Short bursts 5️⃣ Following your friends I hate using “should” but, Your friendships should be intentional. Not just because “it happened”. Learn to think for yourself. Understand your “why”, your goals, and the exact person you want to become. 6️⃣ Looking for shortcuts Put your head down and just work. People overestimate their success in 1 year, but they underestimate what they can do in 10 years. Make it unreasonable to not succeed. 7️⃣ Not investing in yourself You will learn lessons either with time or money. Invest in mentors and coaches. You’ll make unbelievable returns at lightning speed. 8️⃣ Lack of resourcefulness “I don’t have money”, “I don’t have time”, “you don’t understand, Archer. I can’t” Whether you think you can or you can’t, you’re right. The biggest factor of success is resourcefulness and grit. Someone who ALWAYS finds a way. I say this out of love & respect for you. Get rid of your victim mentality. Find a way and make it work. You can do it :) I’m giving away ALL the secrets I’ve learnt about high performance & studying for FREE Follow @archer.med to master a high-performance lifestyle 🦁 #productivity
