I keep properties in my real estate portfolio for a long time. ⁣ ⁣ I rent out the properties I buy to qualified tenants who pay me rent on time and keep my properties in excellent condition. ⁣ ⁣ Sometimes I have to get creative with how I rent out a home in order to cash flow properly. Mid term rentals are a great way to add extra passive income into your pocket! ⁣ ⁣ Not everyone can invest in real estate, and not everyone WANTS to.
