I am a buy and hold real estate investor, meaning I don’t flip houses or anything. I keep properties in my real estate portfolio for a long time.
I rent out the properties I buy to qualified tenants who pay me rent on time and keep my properties in excellent condition.
Sometimes I have to get creative with how I rent out a home in order to cash flow properly. Mid term rentals are a great way to add extra passive income into your pocket!
Not everyone can invest in real estate, and not everyone WANTS to. It requires a level of comfort with risk, and a lot of sacrifice!
