10 years ago I just woke up one morning and decided I didn’t want to be like this anymore. •• Overweight, overworked, and overwhelmed by the life I was living, I made a decision to change. . . •• A mid 40s unhealthy businessman who hadn’t played sport since high school, even I had moments I doubted if I could change and become the person I am today. •• But with persistence, placing one foot in front of the other, breathing in and breathing out, the changes eventually began to take hold. •• I’m not gonna pretend it was (or still is) easy.
