If you haven’t seen part one of this video go to my page and look at the video posted right before this 😅 I never drop drinks And so even though I was hit by a car I felt terrible for the customer that they had to suffer even though they still paid. And He was really ready to just throw the towel in for the drinks 🤦🏾♂️ I had to let him know how serious I was about making things right Can we talk about the fact that EVERYONE in part one and two was so cool about this whole situation?? Even the owner of the Chick-fil-A who had my back with the drinks 🙏🏾 the line was out the door so I had no choice but to ask him and he came through fast too ANOTHER HUGE shout out to the customer for this medkit he gave me. All of it was written In his language so I could tell it was from his home country and I just honestly kept it because I thought it was pretty cool 🤣 #fooddelivery #ubereats #doordash #washingtondc #DC #bike #cycling #delivery #gravelbike #city #citylife #food #grubhub #ifood #uber #foodporn #drink #crash #recovery #fail #postmates #justeat #lunch #uberdriver #takeout #dinner #restaurant #delicious #foodstagram

Part 1. Watch to the end. I tell my story without breaking often these days, but sometimes it still gets me cos it was insane. One day I’ll have a platform that allows me to share the full thing from start to finish properly… This has been blood, sweat and tears from the very beginning. I think we look at people or brands on these platforms that look nice and shiny ✨ My story is one of pain and suffering more than most could comprehend. One thing after the other until my body nearly gave up. It was years of trauma and torture. And I had to undo all of it. So many times I didn’t think I could carry on. I had to pull myself out of some very dark places physically and mentally, because no one could help me, or they could for a tiny bit and then still scratched their heads and sent me on my way once treatments and things stopped working. It’s why I studied and researched everything I could to get some top line understanding of as many different modalities as possible to find what worked and what made sense. I did this. I made a full recovery cos of me. Many people thank their doctors and team of health professionals for their recovery from illness. I actually thank the people below who gave me some seeds of wisdom that allowed me to dive deeper into health and well-being where no doctor came close. People like @stopchasingpain @gabormatemd @drpeteralevine Deb Dana, Stephen Porges, Robert M. Sapolsky, who educate so profoundly on stress, trauma and the body. Whose work has saved countless lives including mine and who I pay homage to in my own body of work with @movementismedicine.uk The journey continues 💪 #recovery #healthjourney #movementismedicine
