1️⃣ 9 AM - 1 PM: Dedicated work/study block
2️⃣1 PM - 3 PM: Break for lunch and exercise
3️⃣3 PM - 7 PM: Second work block
4️⃣7 PM - 8 PM: Entertainment and relaxation
5️⃣8 PM - 11:50 PM: Family and leisure time
6️⃣11:50PM - 8 AM: Quality sleep.
