New mindset
New habits
New body
New money
New peace
New everything

I really believe that consistency is what transforms average into excellence.

Thats why there are a few habits that I make sure I do each day/week:

- visualisation
- meditation
- movement (dance/walk etc)
- journal
- read
- spend time in nature
- deep work
- alone time (this is key)
- eat clean (lots of fruit and veg)
- finding time to play & laugh

You reap what you repeat.
