I’m working 9-7 today which means I have no time to go to my CrossFit gym so I did The daily 50 this morning ! Simple sets of movements to do at home or on the go - takes about 10-20 min and no equipments required . Simple but still challenging ( my thighs were burning) ! I will definitely throw this in when I have no time for gym or during holidays/vacation !

Remember it’s ok to modify movements if needed and pace yourself and take your time !
