yeah is the diamond of the body meaning your body constantly wants to hold onto it because it is so valuable so when you go through long periods of fasting and you use up your fat stores next time you get food it's gonna be like oh shoot
we're gonna slow everything down so we can make some more fat because we need to survive you do too much fasting you're going to create a lot of metabolic damage you're gonna get into starvation mode
and you're going to create more problems than what you started with because your body always wants to conserve the twenty four to forty eight hours is enough
