Four key metrics to think about. First one is what’s the wig? Are we focused on the right things? Do we actually know what it is? Does the entire company know? The second thing is you have to lead measures. The third thing is you have a scoreboard. How are we actually looking at it? And lastly, what’s that cadence of accountability? How are we meeting about it? How are we talking about it so that we execute it correctly?
