you get a salad bowl about as big as your face and you put an inch of water in it and you put in the freezer overnight okay now you'd have to go to the store and buy ice and then you take it out of the freezer and you put some water in it about oh couple inches three inches of water you take a deep breath and you've been forty stick your face in ice water just face right eyes forehead chin and most people you've got red eight seconds before you get a headache and that goodbye then you pop out what the hell dave you're jerk you're gonna put the the water back in the freezer for the next night and next day you'll go thirty seconds and then the third day you might make it up to a minute if you can hold your breath that long and if not a snorkel that's what i ended up doing or just take a breath and stick your face back in there and what just happened over the course of eight seconds to go up to a minute well what happened is that studies show that after three days of subsequent cold exposure something called cardio lupin which is part of your mitochondrial membrane will shift its composition and suddenly now you can handle the cold because the cells rewired themselves and your your meat arrested that without anything but just a brief spike of temperature and the benefits of this are it comes your vagus nerve and it also makes your face look better
