yeah your own development
and you have you need to go back to school get an undergraduate master's you need to go back take some courses you need to go so you can get that job five or ten years from now because you got qualifications
and you take a job somewhere else to get the experience at another area of the business
you gotta do those things now so when the job comes up you're ready
and your boss doesn't say well if he had done these things over the last few years you would be a candidate but since you haven't you're not
the next job will be easy to one five six seven eight nine years from now that you want to get
that won't be easy you gotta prepare for relationships keep in touch with people friends and family and clients
you time management but not forgetting about people
your health how many people think your health is your responsibility
