The greatest gift I can offer anyone is the encouragement to begin their own meditation practice.

Actually starting and continuing a meditation routine, however, can be difficult for 3 main reasons.

1️⃣ It can be frustrating continuously getting lost in thought. But like any skill set, you improve with dedicated daily practice.

2️⃣ It’s hard to tell whether you are doing it correctly. This can be overcome by following guided meditations by a trusted instructor.

3️⃣ It’s challenging to build the habit. This can be overcome by habit stacking. Identify an already established habit in your day and practice meditation immediately prior to or after the established habit.
