i eat this stuff sweet potato recipe every single week it's great for the skin and so easy to make we're gonna start by cutting the sweet potatoes and half and we're gonna throw some in the oven for an hour and use smaller soup potatoes so they rose faster than we're gonna cook some black beans i usually i'll take them and salt pepper and cumin this is gonna add lots of protein and fiber now all we gotta do is assemble it first fork the sweet potatoes until the insight part is mushy then top it with the black beans and salsa which is just tomato onion cilantro salt and lemon and lastly add some gawk if you like a little kick add sir archer as well
