we're not meant to be eating nonstop if you've been overweight for a long time you should really try out intermittent fasting i know that's a complicated word but it's actually very simple you simply skip your breakfast
and then you eat an early dinner
right now it's one pm i just finished the workouts on breaking my fast with fruits with papaya
you have to remember
that electricity refrigerator junk food fast food packaged food uber eats these are things that are very modern they're very new we're not meant to be eating nonstop
and you don't necessarily have to be eating breakfast in the morning
