You need to stop caring what people think about you. I’m talking about EVERYONE, your full network & strangers. You’re not here to experience life at the cost of you being human. Being caged in your own mind to ease everybody else’s comfort - making sure everybody in life is comfortable ALWAYS except you? That’s self torture. When you learn to accept that it’s okay to disappoint people, you start putting your feelings towards yourself as a priority. When you start saying no, you can finally get closer to the ideal life your heart desires. If you are always filling other people’s cup, when will you make your own? A full cup with your most abundant potential.
