I then had to wait 3 months for settlement and then move across the country to get to that property, which I should probably mention was in a town I had never heard of or visited before! You can still secure reasonably priced properties around the country but you may have to move across the country to do it, so what you will be able to secure will depend a lot on your own personal circumstances 🧚
