The burn out is freakin REAL this year!! I have two kids ages 2 and 6 years. I pay $1200 per month in daycare costs. Lets not even mention the cost of groceries! Almost 5 months has passed now and ive made over $110,000 dollars. YES! I know it’s insane! I have met so many uplifting people on this journey and it’s truly changed my life! FIRST…I seriously do love breathing exercises for managing stress! 📦 Here’s an awesome box breathing exercise you can do to calm yourself during high stress times…I recommend practicing this technique often! 1. Breathe out slowly, releasing all the air from your lungs. 2. Breathe in through your nose as you slowly count to 4 in your head. Be conscious of how the air fills your lungs and stomach. 3. Hold your breath for a count of 4. 4. Exhale for another count of 4. 5. Hold your breath again for a count of 4. 6.
