📝1.Long to-do lists: Doing 3 things in a to do list of 20 things is a much faster way of destroying your confidence than finishing 3 tasks In a list of 3 tasks. Be realistic. 🛼2.Dirty shoes: Footwear is the farthest item on our body. Clean, well- maintained shoes signal attention to detail to yourself and others. 🤔3.Overthinking: If you tend to think a LOT, use your intelligence FOR you and not AGAINST you. 🙇♂️4.Under Do: Confidence comes from repetition of action. DO - REFINE - REPEAT. ⏰5.Idea/Execution time: Spending too much time in the planning phase exhausts your dopamine/feel-good hormone bank leaving very little motivation to actually DO the thing. 🪩6.Perfectionism: Do not let perfect get in the way of Good Enough. The person you become going from step 1 to step 6 will know what to do when step 7 comes. Quantity first quality later. 👻7.Discomfort w your own ugliness: We can look beautiful and we can look ugly. The ease that comes from accepting this human duality will give you the type of inner confidence that is irreplaceable. 🙅🏻♀️8.A fragile ego: When you have something to protect you have something to fear.
