Exactly how I did it, step-by-step 👇

1. First, I found someone who had already done what I was trying to do. THIS IS KEY, DON'T SKIP THIS STEP!!

I couldn't find anyone who had gotten into Oxbridge, so I guessed based on someone who had gotten into top US programmes. It was still different but having advice & examples from a predecessor made ALL the difference.

(Now that I've made the Application Accelerator Toolkit, you can learn directly from someone who's gotten into both Oxford & Cambridge (that's me)!!)

2. Next, I found programmes & supervisors that were the PERFECT fit for me.

Applying to Oxbridge is not about the prestige. It's about your chosen programme/supervisor being a great fit & they just so happen to be at Oxbridge.

3. Then, I reached out to & spoke with supervisors I was interested in.

Again, advice from insiders made ALL the difference in getting supervisors to say yes to me.

4. Next, I tailored ALL of my application materials to fit that supervisor/programme like a GLOVE.

Each one was personalised to say "hey, I really like you, & you're special. Here's why we're an amazing match."

5. After submitting, I performed my HEART out at interviews.

(Will be sharing more on this in January & how I got ranked as a top applicant!)

NOTE!!! 🚨

Each of these steps has many layers of strategy & nuance.

What should you include in your personal statement?
How do you make your email to potential supervisors stand out so they agree to meet?

I didn't know the answers to these questions the first time I applied & was rejected. The second time, I learned from those who came before me & got fully-funded offers to multiple top PhD programmes, including Oxford & Cambridge.

The lesson here: don't leave your Oxbridge dreams to chance. There's a LOT I can share with you to make each step foolproof! 🎯
