Well it’s almost time to get the return on my investment 😎

2024 year is jammed packed:
- April: family medicine boards
- June: graduation from residency
- July: start my first attending job
- August: turning the big 3-0
- October: obesity medicine boards

But first, Hawaii next week to reset and recharge before it gets real ☀️🌴

While there’s a lot of milestones in the upcoming months, I have no intention of pulling back on my training. Nothing makes me more proud of myself than when I continue to push myself & make progress in the gym while achieving milestones outside of it. I almost weirdly enjoy the challenge, but what really love most is investing in myself. Excited to bring you guys along with me 💪
