it's so important to pay attention
to someone's behavior
because words are so cheap they're like a dime a dozen
anyone can say anything
what i wanna know and i would always say this in my clients when they're like oh my gosh she said we should go to the south of france and which do this and i'm like that's lovely
what did he do
when he said it was going to call you on friday diddy kong
no he didn't come
okay so can we write that down
can we be aware
did you say anything to him about my calling
no because i don't want to seem like a nag and i don't want to be i've don't really know him
do you want to get to know him
if the rest of your life is going to be someone saying shit not keeping their word do you want to get to know them
by kaveh let's not be so afraid
of rejection
that are bars so low
for other people's behavior
which is why
it's so important that we really get that how we treat ourselves
that's the thing
that sets the bar for every other relationship in your life
so if you're last on your own list if you treat yourself like crap if you talk about yourself badly if you put up a crack behavior from other people
you will inevitably
attract folks who agree with your low self-esteem
