i tell people all the time
nothing exists outside of your own explain this sixty seconds here's why
every human being that you interact with
you are viewing them through your perception through your lens you perceive them a certain way
they then reflect
what you perceive and it comes back to you so you're seeing your own perceptions so they're not really there you're looking at a car can view
when you realize this now you don't have to take anything personal what someone says because it's what they're doing the same thing to you
every cause has an effect which you are responsible for all causes of because it's through thoughts
nothing exists outside of view everything is you
when you realize this
spend your energy on you on working on the inner part of you
because this is what will show the outside
