yeah that is incredible what's your best advice to anybody out there that's trying to build a company into a company like frito lay wow well sky's the limit i mean you can do anything frito-lay started with one man harmon lay selling potato chips out of a truck household worked hard did it the right way took care of customers took care of his employees and next thing you know it's a multibillion dollar business what's your advice to someone who's trying to find that winning product and whatever industry that they're in obviously you guys have found that chips have been able to sell for millions of dollars what your advices have been trying to find that winning product yeah in today's environment you gotta one understanding your consumer who's buying your product better than anybody else make sure that you stay on top of consumer trans b in consumer obsessed about everything you do what was the biggest driving factor of your success that enabled you to become a ceo of a multibillion-dollar companies aid preparation a little bit a lot man right place right time being authentic treating people like you want to be treated you gotta be smart everybody's gotta be smart you gotta want hustle you've got to want to work harder the next guy but you can do all that and be a jerk and be failed
