california is rolling out new housing laws next year governor newsome just gave it the green light basically giving tenants more benefits starting in july evicting tenants based on calls to law enforcement for suspected criminal activity or alleged nuisance activity will now be illegal and lords won't be able to do that anymore
in april landlords will face a tougher time evicting tenants for family reasons so no more evictions because they or their family want to move in
the family will have to move in within ninety days and commit to sting for at least a year
hate to break it to you guys but you don't want your real estate in california anymore
