Ingredients (acc to 4 glasses that i made for my whole family) :
Carrot: 1.5
Ginger: 50 grams
Lemon: 2
Haldi: 1 tbsp
Black pepper: 1/2 tbsp
Honey: 1 tbsp
Water: 1/2 glass
Blend until smooth (straining is optional, but I always strain)
Drink every day empty stomach for best results ♥️
