As most of the world is getting ready to start their New Year's resolutions, please remember this message. I wish it was something I was told at the beginning of my journey because it would have changed my mindset completely.

Slow down. Give yourself grace. And enjoy the learning process. You will get there, just don't give up.

let me ask you this if you were given your dream body tomorrow would you know how to take care of it and really ask yourself this do you have all of the healthy habits to know how to maintain or even improve the body that you're seeking
do you know how much to eat every day do you have a good relationship with food do you have the habit of going to the gym at least three to four times a week you cannot undo years of damage to your body in a couple of weeks or even in a couple months
if you walk ten miles into the forest you're gonna have to walk ten miles back and i got it no one wants to hear them
but there is a reason why a journey is a journey you have to learn the habits along the way in order to get to where you want
otherwise you have no idea how to handle it when you have it stop looking for the quick fixes certain joining the journey and start focusing on getting healthier in the results will come
