The number of times I hear people say “I need to stretch more”.

The truth is you don’t need to stretch more.

You need to learn to move better.

And you need to learn to relax more.

Simple as this practice is, if you take on doing this for five to ten minutes a day you will transform your body….and have joints that works for the rest of your life.

It’s that simple.
