i am the richest out of all of my friends every single friendship i have is a cost benefit analysis and people don't like to hear that one of my best friends is surgery resident she is mountains of debt i have two girls who just finished business school at booth mound of debt they all have less money than me i get so much value out of being their friends the girl who's a surgery resident nobody makes me laugh harder than her she brings me joy one of the girls who went to business school she's the person who would always be there for me she brings me comfort those are value and they have value to them think about your best friend what kind of value do they bring to you because that's how you start to decide the value of that friendship
