three tips for over thinkers one start practicing self-awareness so when you feel your thoughts are running
random and they just going out of control
bring awareness that listen i'm going into a pattern or i'm going into a loop
second start writing things down because when you write things down what happens is that your brain feels that okay i've put it all down
i don't need to
regurgitate it over and over again so writing down really helps
third
is bring your thoughts back to the present moment because overthinking happens when we're thinking too much about the future or the past so when you bring your thoughts to what's actually happening right now what's happening right now with me
do i really need to worry about it right now is it happening right now so bring your thoughts back to the present moment these are
