they took three groups of mice one group was given a low dose of black ginger extract one group was given a high dose and one was given an eliquid with no black ginger
then they waited one hour and made these mice run on tiny little mouse sized treadmills
the group that didn't get any black ginger had an average runtime of one hundred and twenty nine minutes
then the group that took the low dose had an average runtime of one hundred and sixty seven minutes
and the group that took the high dose had an average runtime of one hundred and seventy two minutes of course the biggest takeaway here is that the black ginger group saw a major increase in endurance from just one dose
and it's also really interesting to note that the difference between the low dose group and the high dose group was actually pretty small
