so this is a reminder that when you go crosscourt and put you in the best possible position to recover it's the least amount of recovery you're gonna have to do because you already bisecting your opponents angles so when you look at this little heat map of alcatraz you notice he doesn't have to recover very far because when he's hitting a high quality deep cross core ball it's very hard for his opponent to change direction and he's already setting himself up for minimal recovery
