One of the biggest mistakes people make, in my opinion, is trying to do everything all at once.

Instead, slowly creating micro habits that compound over time has kept the overwhelm down and the progress up!

Here are my top 5:

1) Daily walks. Just do it - get outside, move your body. Walking is so underrated.

2) Romanticizing my finances. I had terrible money mindset a couple years ago and got SO anxious every time I had to deal with bills, debt, loans etc.

Now, I romanticize that process - do it monthly, with a nice cozy drink, calming music on and feelings of gratitude instead of stress.

3) Audit your notifications. Mute group chats that distract you, use the do not disturb function when exercising or completing tasks.

When you can be focused around what you’re doing, you’ll feel so much better.

4) Get an evening routine together. Evenings used to be the hardest time for me to turn my brain off.

Since, I’ve implemented a destress powder and routine that actually allows me to unwind, sleep well and feel rested, which is SO important.

5) Create automations. In your finances, your business, your life.

The more you can automate and take off your plate, the more feminine flow you can be in, the less stress you’ll have and you’ll actually feel like you can just be.

If any of these resonated with you, drop a note below!
