people don't really really understand is the impact of cash conversion cycles if you take your cash conversion cycle and let's say i really had my marketing diadem getting ten x survey house plug ten thousand dollars in sixty days later i got one hundred thousand dollars but now i can shave thirty off of that i take thirty off that i plug that back in i've just tripled my marketing budget i plugged thirty yen six days where i'm at three hundred thousand i pull fifty off that plug it back in almost doubling my market budge again six days later i'm gonna half a million i take one hundred thousand off of that roll it back then boom i'm now at a million dollars a month and for cash conversion cycles and i just started with ten grand so wholesaling it's not easy but it is very simple so the way that we think about wholesaling is all about those two numbers everything else that we do is related to those two numbers and the reason why i built investor left is the number one increased return outspent a number to decrease cash conversion cycles
