We all love our bread (sometimes) and even for our kids this is a healthier version.

I really don’t eat bread that often but when I do, it’s frozen thawed and toasted — I wish more people knew about the simple switch

why is this right in your place
honestly i don't know why more people don't know the science i actually didn't report on the study until i tested it myself
and checked with people who had a cgm i'm doctor amy shah i always report the science to save ourselves and this is actual science we take bread you freeze it overnight at least and then you take a slice and you can toast it as you usually would
what is happening overnight is that the stark just breaking down and becoming resistant starch now that resistant starch is the healthy starch that feeds your gut bacteria so not only are you reducing the gracie index by thirty percent you're also feeding good gut bacteria so does this make it a
food well i don't know about that but when you want your occasional toast oh my god
it even smell so good on offense right now
but if you want your healthy toast once in a while and you want to lower the bicycle sponsor giving you your children are getting a church family
you want to freeze it overnight and then toast it to intubate tougher
