i don't know why you wouldn't want to be friends with people that you work with because i think that through friends don't just like each other they respect each other and they work very well together so to create a environment where people are friend lee nothing they're all going to be like amazing friends but friend lee i feel like that's conducive to achieving a lot of goals i heard from john wooden which is the goal is to be comrades in arms if you are going to war would you take them to battle with you would you want them to be the one that has the gun behind your back i look at that as like i don't even consider somebody to be a true friend unless i feel that there are somebody i would do that with and i can't think of more people i would want to do that with and the people that are in this company
