marketing agencies are dead because the biggest brands in the world are abandoning traditional marketing techniques i actually agree with this world of ppc seo targeted ads it's over it's just not working anyone so actually built agency i invested four hundred pounds in two thousand and eleven and i sold the agency in twenty twenty one for eight figures to privacy group if i was to build that agency again now i would do it fundamentally different so back then we did do seo we do pbc because it was new to the market and brands are struggling to see that in house whereas it's been around for a long time now as they've got a lot of people who can do that in house and they can do it well in house so if i was to start an agency today and wanted to build a company that made millions of pounds a year i would focus on being the intersection of creative and ads and so i would build a small production studio so predominantly focused on video i would create videos of products i create videos of your predominantly protects arkell reels or or whatever and i would make that video focused on showing the product in situ i would then work with influences to create content alongside influences who used a brand and then my proposition to brands would be high chaos this sum of money plus some ad spend we will create you this incredible content that can live on your channels and on the influences channels which will get you x exposure but also we can manage the ad spend for you through the emphasis accounts as well so i'm able to guarantee you x many views x million views on your product and so forth and i think if you were to do that and live at that intersection of creative video and ads i think an inferences i think you would do very well and do it very quickly and i think within a few years you can get yourself to position making millions of pounds a year
