you know the five hires if you actually want to build a business you can sell remember one is an executive assistant so that you're not doing ten dollars tax taken away from your calendar number two is you gotta hire somebody on delivery so that the more you sell you don't put the brakes on because you've oversold now you gotta deliver number three is a marketing person to generate leads to you then they'll have to fire the new people you've hired to actually deliver on the promise you made your customer's number four is a salesperson so that you can keep marketing and never feel like it's building up in your calendar and creating a backlog number five is you need to hire a leader to manage those people and if you do all five you'll actually have a business that you could sell some day
